AppStack Solutions, the creators of Officebot, will retain customer data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by applicable laws. For example, user and team data is retained for a maximum of 90 days after the cancel subscription date. Data will be archived in excel or json format in the cloud for 3 years. Events and schedules are retained for 3 years to provide historical data for analytics and reporting.
AppStack Solutions will archive or remove customer data upon request or after the termination of services. Customer data will be permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with applicable laws and internal data management policies as described abvove. Users can also contact us to request data removal.

If you wish to sync your google calendar with OfficeBot, you need to authorize OfficeBot to edit your calendar. We store your google calendar token securely and never use for any other purpose except modifying your calendar when a new event is created/modified or deleted.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you through Slack when we have our policy updated.
